ITHR took the lead in documenting and defining business requirements across various operating countries whilst simultaneously building internal stakeholder buy-in. From there our experienced deployment teams were able to work with and consult to the internal delivery teams in testing and implementing a phased roll-out.
The project went on to establish a new benchmark for online delivery, something we at ITHR are extremely proud of.
